AppCorp provides services including IT consultancy, staff augmentation, and custom software development. These Terms govern your use of those services as provided through the Site.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, epidemics, or governmental actions. This exclusion does not cover financial inability to perform or market fluctuations.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. You agree not to participate in any class, collective, or representative action against AppCorp. The arbitrator has no authority to consolidate claims or preside over such proceedings.
The Site and all information, software, and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. AppCorp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AppCorp does not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppCorp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to discontinue use.
AppCorp uses artificial intelligence (AI) in the Site and Services. By using these features, you acknowledge that outputs are machine-generated for informational purposes only and are not professional advice.
AI outputs are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or any specific outcomes or results. You are responsible for independently evaluating any AI output before relying on it.
You agree not to misuse AI features, including (without limitation) using them to violate laws or third-party rights; generate harmful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or defamatory content; create malware or spam; attempt to bypass safety controls; or deploy outputs in high-risk contexts without appropriate human review.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppCorp is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of or reliance on AI outputs. We apply moderation and abuse-prevention filters to public-facing AI features to help safeguard users and the public; however, no automated system is foolproof and errors or omissions may occur.
AppCorp may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Dakota for disputes not subject to arbitration.
AppCorp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
